It’s been said that employee turn over costs 150% of the employee’s annual salary due to lost production, sales, and training. With that in mind, offering employee benefits as an employer has never been more important.
However with the complexity of the insurance industry, from underwriting guidelines to participation and employer contributions, its imperative to work with a broker that understands the needs of your business and your employees while exploring all traditional and non-traditional options.
At Regency West our job is to make sure your business remains competitive by creating a benefits package that helps attract and retain quality employees to create greater value now and in the future.
When you choose us to create, implement and service your employee benefit packages you are getting a team that leverages a competitive package while containing costs. You also get a team that truly cares about the health and well being of you and your employees.
What’s the benefit of a benefits package if the employees don’t know how to access care? We are there to educate through open enrollments and throughout the year to make sure everyone has the access to care they deserve.

An Internal Revenue Code Section 125 Cafeteria Plan (AKA Premium Only Plans- POP) is a method of allowing employees to pay for qualified benefits on a pre-tax basis. In its simplest form, it is a premium only plan, which allows employees to pay for health insurance premiums before tax.
